Costs for Sports Facilities

The cost of sports facilities includes both the labour associated with clearing the land and levelling it and the basic facility being created. (eg. for Football, it would include the creation of the pitch, buying the goals and corner flags but NOT the kit, footballs etc. - these appear under sports equipment)
